Palmer Reflex Balance

Palmer reflex with isometric pressure

1st Movement:
1. Lay your left hand out, palm up.
2. Using your right hand, hold your left hand, with your right thumb gently pressing the centre of your left palm, with the other fingers underneath.
3. Close your fingers on your left hand and inhale.
4. Begin slowly opening your left hand and extending your fingers out as far as possible whilst breathing out for 7 seconds.
Repeat this action 5-7 times.

2nd Movement:
1. Laying your hands on top of each other, palms down.
2. Spread the fingers of the bottom hand out and inhale.
3. Pushing with the top hand downwards with your fingers spread, exhale 7 seconds.
Repeat this action 5-7 times. Then repeat on other hand.
